The event is closed by default. Organisers issue single-use codes as a code, a join link or an email — one at a time, or hundreds at once for a delegation.
Describe what a ticket includes — seminars, meals, the gala dinner, workshops — and bundle those entitlements into named tiers. Redeeming a code applies the right access automatically.
Each invitation code is what the QR badge encodes. Scanning it verifies registration in seconds and shows staff exactly what the attendee is signed up for.
Attendees suggest, accept and decline colleague meetings inside the windows the organiser defines, with availability and conflict handling.
Publish an update once. It appears as an in-app banner and is delivered as a push notification with a deep link to the relevant page.
